Placing Your First Order

Placing an order at fireside-accessories.com is easy! Just browse through our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy and add into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.


Review and Submit Your Order 

Once you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email message. You will then receive a follow up email when your order is being proccessed for dispatch. Finally we will send you an email at the time of shipment. 
On the day of your delivery you will also be sent an email from our couriers (if applicable) confirming a one hour time slot for expected delivery. This email also includes the facility to change your delivery date & time if the one given is not convenient.


Payment

Note: All prices include VAT at 20%

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateways Nochex and Paypal. We also accept cheques and postal orders made payable to Fireside & Interior Designs. Call us on 0121 605 2532 to pay for your order via telephone ( please have your order number to hand).

All payments made using Nochex will appear as 'Nochex' on your statement.

Please note: Ensure that billing and shipping address details are correct when placing your order. The customer will be responsible for any charges for redirection of parcels as a result of incorrect address information entered.
