DELIVERY TO UK :
Free delivery on all orders over £100.00 (U.K Mainland only).
Delivery charge calculated at checkout for all orders up to £100.00.

U.K MAINLAND - Maximum delivery charge £8.95
U.K OFFSHORE - Maximum delivery charge £16.95
IRELAND (Republic) - Maximum delivery charge £16.95
EUROPE - Please contact us for delivery cost prior to ordering.

PLEASE NOTE; we dispatch via various outside couriers, dependant on size / weight of order. This is to ensure that postal costs are kept to a minimum.
*Please leave a telephone number when ordering should we need to contact you with regard to your order.


DISPATCH:
Most orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of payment (subject to slight variation during periods of peak demand).

In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your order, ie. stock availability etc, we will contact you via email to offer you the option of holding the item on back order or cancelling your order.

*PLEASE NOTE - If you are out when our courier company attempts to delivery your order, don't worry, they will leave a card with a contact reference and telephone number. Simply call the number quoting your reference and you will be able to rearrange delivery for a convenient date and time of your choice. Please ensure that you respond to the calling cards (a maximum of three calling cards will be left).  Failure to do so will result in goods being returned to us at a charge of £14.00 + VAT. This charge will be passed on to customers.

RETURN OF GOODS POLICY :
We do our utmost to ensure that goods are received as ordered and in perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event of goods being faulty please contact us via email and return the item(s) within 7 days of initial receipt for a full refund (including delivery costs) or exchange.
Goods received as ordered can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase for repayment or exchange provided they are unused, have their original packaging and labelling and are accompanied by the original delivery note / invoice (any delivery charges are non-refundable). We do not accept returns of our 'Designer Accessories' range unless damaged.

*You will be required to provide a signature on receipt of goods so ensure items are examined prior to signing. In the unlikely event of damage please report this to the delivery driver / courier and to us via email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

PRIVACY NOTICE :
We do not store sensitive information on our system, this includes customers financial details (credit or debit card numbers). All credit / debit card payments are processed securely via Nochex or Paypal in accordance with the data protection act1998.We do not pass on email addresses to any third parties. Any emails sent from Fireside will only be in connection to orders placed or enquiries made.
This website takes precautions to protect users information. When sensitive information is submitted via the website, that information is encrypted and is protected in a secure environment.
